Terms


  • Prices do not include Central London Congestion charge which is currently £11.50.Congestion Charge. The Congestion Charge is an £11.50 daily charge for driving a vehicle within the charging zone between 07:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday.
  • All prices quoted are for a normal saloon car to carry a max of 4 passengers, 3 large suitcases and 2 hand luggage, Estate cars and MPV available at extra cost
  • We can provide booster seats free of charge (Maximum of 2) if requested at the time of the booking. The passenger must specify child’s age on comment section on booking form.
  • Please note that we provide child seats as a courtesy service. Whilst we make every effort to ensure child booster seats are available, we cannot guarantee, suitability for your child, or availability for your journey. Usage of child seats is entirely at the passenger’s discretion, and we cannot be held responsible or liable for their usage.
  • If booking a return journey, we are happy for you to use your own child’s seat and to then store the child seat until we collect you on the return journey. If you wish to use own car seat this must be fitted in the vehicle yourself and we will not be held responsible for any incorrect fitting of the car seat by the passenger. (please make a note on the booking form if you would like to use your own car seat and we will contact you to confirm)
  • Passengers are strongly advised to give enough time for their journey, Passenger will be held responsible and liable for their own pick up time.
  • Any travel times given on our website are for a guide only
  • All pickups from the airports and sea ports are allowed 1 hours free waiting time from the landing time/docking time. If meet and greet has been selected on your booking (Included in the price for Heathrow and Gatwick an extra £5 for Birmingham and Bristol) your driver will come inside the airport/Seaport 20 minutes after the landing time and wait there for another 40 minutes free. There after waiting time will be charged £20.00 for every hour. Flight delays are exempt from these charges. Pickups from home, hotel, offices and other venues are allowed 10 minutes from the actual booked time, thereafter 50per minute (minimum £3.00) will be added to the fare quoted.
  • If the passenger missed a flight this information must be informed to us immediately, if the driver has already left for the Airport we will not refund the fare.
  • No show: If passenger books a private hire car with us and have failed to meet the driver at the requested pick up time arranged, this will include home, hotel and other private address this will be considered as No Show. This will include wrong date wrong time bookings. If a passenger books a pick up from an airport and fails to meet the driver in the arrival hall. This means that the driver will wait at the airport up to 1 hours from flight landing time and if the passenger fails to meet within this time limit or make contact to inform their status at the airport will be considered as a no show.
  • No responsibilities for costs are to be refunded to any passengers who do not wait for their driver and take alternative transport
  • Please ensure you give us your arrival times and date in to the UK time.
  • It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that they order the correct type of vehicle in order to carry the numbers of passengers and luggage.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any passenger our services due to passenger having excess luggage which would result in the vehicle being unsafe on the road. We will not accept liability for loss or damage to your luggage. Cancellations must be notified to us 12 hours prior to the pickup time arranged.
  • The driver will take the route to a destination by considering the following facts: the traffic, time, road closures, diversions.
  • All bookings are to be paid for on the outbound transfer including your return transfer, if booking for just a pick up this must be paid for in advance.
  • We do not accept any responsibility in any way for missed flights for whatever reason i.e. traffic delays, accidents, breakdowns, severe weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances.
  • It is the responsibility of the passenger to ensure they have given us the correct luggage information so we can select the correct vehicle to send for their booking
  • We will not be held responsible if incorrect luggage information is given.
  • We strongly advise customers having the appropriate travel insurance in place to cover any unforeseen eventualities which results in a missed flight/holiday.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be given on the following grounds
  • All bookings cancelled 24hrs or more in advance will be refunded in full minus a £15 admin fee.
  • Refunds will not be given if the customer has provided incorrect information, this would include wrong flight number, booking the wrong date for their journey or if the passenger is a no show on pick up.
  • Any messages or descriptions on this website are to be seen only as guides. They are not legally binding.
  • We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions. Any terms and conditions previously in use but later amended or changed have no legal basis.
  • Illustrations, photographs and description on the website, brochures, pricelists or documents serve merely as a guide and will not be binding.
  • We reserve the right to make use of sub-contractors to provide the service to the passengers. These sub-contractors will be able to provide a high quality of service and will be licensed and comply with the regulations stipulated with the Public Carriage Office.
  • No reservation is considered as accepted until confirmed by email and the passenger has been issued with Job number.
  • All online “cash bookings” booked 36 hours before the booking date must be reconfirmed prior of 24 hours of the pickup time.
  • No car will be sent out for the online cash bookings, if we did not received reconfirmation, booked with incorrect information, or passenger who cannot contacted at least 6 hours prior of the pickup time.

    • All our prices do not exclude any parking charges which are currently:
    • Birmingham   £3 Express Drop of pick up (£5 extra for Meet & Greet)
    • Bristol             £3 Express Drop of and Pick up (£5 Extra for meet and Greet)
    • Heathrow        £7.50 for 1hrs parking
    • Gatwick          £8 for 1hrs parking
  • Any parking charges incurred after the one-hour free waiting period are to be paid for by the passenger, flight delays out of the passenger’s control are exempt from this.
